Ford Pro cites a 20% reduction in repair times, plus more than 578,000 Mobile Service experiences delivered in just the second quarter of this year, up 21% from last year. Fleets like those working with Stivers Ford Birmingham have also seen satisfaction jump by 15 points among mobile service customers.
